Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, without having to provide a reason. Once your order has been dispatched, our 30-day guarantee described below applies.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We go beyond what is expected: you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Nylo Steam and receive a full refund, for any reason. If it does not work as you expected, it was not what you needed, or you simply changed your mind, you can return it.

Condition of Returned Items

The Nylo Steam must be returned complete, including all accessories (cable, finger cover and manual) and the original packaging. You may open and test the product — that is what the trial period is for — but returned items that are damaged, incomplete or show signs of misuse may be subject to a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at infonylostore@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

We will reply with the return instructions and return address within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

• Change of mind: you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at infonylostore@gmail.com.

Defective Items

If your Nylo Steam has a manufacturing defect that was not caused by misuse, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The following are not covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquids or unauthorised repairs

• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
