5. Prices and Payment

We provide a 30-day commercial warranty from the date of delivery. If your Nylo Steam develops a manufacturing defect that was not caused by misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised repair, we will repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
This commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable law in your state.
11. Safe Use of the Product
Nylo Steam is an electronic device that generates steam. Do not cover the ventilation openings while the device is in use, do not immerse it in liquids, do not leave it unattended while switched on, and use only the power adapter supplied with the product.
Follow the instructions provided with the product.
We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use that does not comply with these instructions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nylo Steam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the products, or for service interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
